New Fence

This is why Sheila and my favorite snack food is extra-strength Anacin.  Back in 1987 a mistake was made on the deeds and in 1993, we installed a fence on what we thought was the property line.  However one point in the middle was left off.  Now to rectify that, we have to move our fence in about four feet almost halfway down the line.  Would have been nice to know that twenty three years ago when we were much younger.  It took us over a week to clear out all the undergrowth.  Now to remove poles and reset them.  I did try to remove a few using a post puller.  The ground is so hard and roots are embedded in them, so I wound up using the backhoe.  I almost blew the front tires by using the front bucket.  I had to turn backhoe around and back up to post, put outriggers down and then pull'em out.  Lot of work for two people who just last Sun. Oct. 23rd, celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary.
